Lipase
Description
Lipase is a kind of feed enzyme based on the deep-layer liquid fermentation of fine strains and advanced post-abstracting technology. Lipase can catalyze both oil α-bond and β-bond, can hydrolyze triglyceride or fatty acid esters and generate mono- or di-glyceride and free fatty acid, hydrolyze natural oil into fatty acid and glycerol, and can catalyze fat synthesizing and ester exchange reactions at the same time.

Definition of activity: One unit (U) of protease activity is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1μmol titrable fatty acid per minute from substrate at 40℃ and pH7.5.
Functions
1. Supplement the deficiency of endogenous lipase. Adding exogenous lipase can increase digestibility and utilization of fat, improve digestion and lay the foundation for later growth.
2.Increase fat digestibility and utilization, increase feed conversion, and reduce feed cost. Adding exogenous lipase can improve the utilization of fat and lipid, and improve production performance.
3. Increase production performance, improve meat quality. Through adding lipase in daily ration, the digestibility of fat is improved, the fatty acid content between muscles is increased, the color of the meat, muscle marbling, water binding capacity, tenderness and flavor are enhanced, and meat quality is improved.
4. Improve absorption and utilization of liposoluble vitamins and other trace elements.
Dosage
Recommended dosage is 1000-2000u/kg in complete feed.
