★ Enzymatic hydrolysis of toxin

Degrading enzymes are highly biologically active proteases with a molecular weight of 2890kD. Tests show that the degrading enzyme has the characteristics of resistance to stomach acid, bile salt and high temperature of feed. The mycotoxin-degrading enzyme degrades the mycotoxin into non-toxic molecular fragments by 100% within 9-12 hours at an intestinal temperature of 37 ° C.

★ Biological detoxification

Active lactic acid bacteria will produce a mycotoxin inhibitory complex through its biological metabolism, which can not only effectively inhibit the growth of mold and reduce the production of mycotoxins, but also degrade some mycotoxins to achieve the detoxification effect. The polysaccharides (such as peptidoglycan) and other components in the lactic acid bacteria cells will combine with mycotoxins to form mycotoxin-peptidoglycan complexes and be excreted from the body to play the role of detoxification.

★ Physical detoxification

The hydrated aluminosilicate has a layered structure and a non-uniform charge distribution. It has a strong fixation and inhibition effect on viruses, germs and toxins and gases produced in the digestive tract, making it lose its pathogenicity. In addition, it has a strong covering and protection ability to the digestive tract mucosa, repairs and improves the defense function of the mucosal barrier against attacking factors, and has the functions of alleviating diarrhea, balancing normal flora and improving immunity.

Instructions:

1. When mycete not exceeding the standard level, please add this product to the full-price feed at 0.1% for routine mycete removal.

2. Precautions for mycete exceeding the standard level. As ruminants are animals sensitive to mycotoxins, even mildewing of the feed can seriously affect production performance. If mildew raw materials are used in the feed or trace mildew spots are found, the recommended amount is 0.2%.

3. Suggestions for the serious exceeding of mycete. Serious exceeding of mycete could happen when there are obvious mycete spots in the corn germ, or a mild moldy smell in the feed, or DDGS, peanut meal, and old bran are used. In those cases, the recommended dosage is 0.3%, and when the problem is even more serious, the dosage should be 0.4%.

4The recommended dosage during the season that is high in temperature and humidity, usually from July to September. In order to enable animals to obtain better feeding performance and reduce stress in the above season, add 0.2% in the feed to prevent mycotoxins.

5. Recommended amount for the new corn harvest season from October to November. As the corn has a lot of water and is prone to mildew in this period, it is recommended to use 0.1-0.15% according to the raw materials.

Bio-Toxinicide will absorb in vitro absorption effect

After add Bio-Toxinicide  in mildew feed , aflatoxin B1 in experimental group were different degree of adsorption, add 2.0 ‰ mold will suck group of aflatoxin B1 the adsorption rate of over 99.75%, aflatoxin basically has been completely adsorption, feed and add 1.50 ‰ mycete will suck group of aflatoxin B1 adsorption rate is as high as 98.05%, to take off the bad effect is very significant.

Bio-Toxinicide will suck the detoxification effect inside body

The total amount of aflatoxin B1 in feces of blank group accounted for 38.2% of the total amount of aflatoxin B1 in mildewed corn, and a large amount of mycotoxin B1 remained in animals without excretion in feces. When 1‰ of Bio-Toxinicide was added to mildewed corn, 50.44% of Aflatoxin B1 was excreted with feces, and 2‰ of Bio-Toxinicide was added to mildewed corn, and the effluent rate of Aflatoxin B1 was 72.3%, indicating that the effluent effect of Aflatoxin B1 was significant.

Conclusion

Bio-Toxinicide contains active lactic acid bacteria, bacterial polysaccharides and their metabolites, water and aluminum silicate and other active ingredients. Combining biological adsorption with physical adsorption, the mildew removal effect of moldy feed is very significant. The effect of lactic acid bacteria cells and aluminum silicate hydrate on mycotoxins is very rapid, and can play a role within 1h.

The absorption capacity is  strong, and there is no absorption capacity for micronutrients such as vitamins. As a demildew agent, the nutrient effect of these ingredients will not be added in the feed.
